Your adventure begins as you park in our complimentary lot (one space per villa) and take a leisurely four-minute walk down to the docks at Port City Marina. Here at Surfside, you'll find an ideal blend of thrill, luxury, and tranquility amidst the beautiful scenery.

Upon entering your villa, you will be welcomed by a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area that invites the thought, "Next time, I must bring friends!" Don't fret; there's always a next visit to enjoy together.

Cooking & Dining:
With a dining table accommodating four, along with three island benches, your culinary aspirations can come to life in our well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar to kickstart your mornings while utilizing the drip coffee maker.

Living Space 1:
Prefer relaxation over cooking? Unwind in the beautifully decorated downstairs living room, where a comfy couch awaits amid tall windows showcasing stunning marina views.

Bathroom 1:
Conveniently located near the common area is the first-floor bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer. Each bathroom is stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, in addition to laundry pods, dryer sheets, a hairdryer, and a steamer.

Bedroom 1 (Queen):
Connected through a pocket door, the downstairs bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, large closet, ceiling fan, 40" Smart TV, and direct access to a serene back patio—ideal for some quiet reading or solitude.

Living Space 2:
Ascend to the second floor, where another expansive living area awaits, complete with a 55" Smart TV and breathtaking views of the Cape Fear River visible through sliding glass doors.

Upstairs Patio:
Step outside to a generous patio boasting an outdoor bar (complete with a sink and mini fridge) and various comfortable seating options. This outdoor oasis is the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon reads, evening drinks, or meals under the stars. During summer, live music often wafts from Marina Grill, our delightful on-site restaurant, or the nearby Live Oak Bank Pavilion Amphitheater, just a block away.

Back inside, the second-floor bedroom features a King bed, dresser, large closet, ceiling fan, and a 55" Smart TV, creating a welcoming retreat.

Bathroom 2:
The pocket door connects this bedroom to the full bath on the second floor, ensuring convenience and accessibility.

Surfside is perfectly positioned in Port City Marina, at the northern end of the Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington. You are merely steps away from the Wilmington Convention Center and just a block from both The Wilson Center and the Live Oak Bank Pavilion Amphitheater. This prime location allows you to easily sidestep the chaos of parking and traffic during events.

Within less than a mile, you'll discover the heart of Historic Downtown Wilmington, where you can leisurely stroll along the Riverwalk, hop on the free trolley, or drive a short distance down Water Street. With numerous shops, eateries, breweries, live music venues, and events, there's truly something for everyone to relish. Surfside is situated in the esteemed Port City Marina (PCM), a premier, gated, full-service marina offering over 200 state-of-the-art floating concrete wet slips. Located alongside the picturesque Cape Fear River, PCM caters to both transient boaters and residents enjoying the elegance of our floating villas.

The dock is home to all 40 exquisite villas, featuring thoughtfully designed angled slips, beautiful landscaping, and a welcoming communal space at the dock’s end. The prime location along the award-winning Riverwalk grants guests unmatched access to the lively scene of Downtown Wilmington. Relish the city's rich cultural offerings, indulge in delectable dining, and immerse yourself in the vibrant arts and entertainment landscape—all just a few steps from our marina.

Getting Around
Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per villa. Our lot is about 1,000 feet (a 4-minute walk) from the marina, so we recommend using wheeled suitcases and bringing a foldable cart if possible. Given the occasional unexpected rain showers on the coast, packing an umbrella or rain jacket is advisable.

If you have more than one vehicle, consider parking in the nearby Wilmington Convention Center garage, which offers daily rates that depend on seasonal events.

Safety
Please note that our villas are securely tied to a floating dock without railings. However, railings are present on the front and upstairs patios/balconies; children should always be supervised while at the marina. Note that swimming is not permitted in the Cape Fear River due to strong currents.

Potential for Noise
Given our proximity to Marina Grill and the Live Oak Bank Amphitheater, live music may often be heard from our docks and patios. Additionally, military aircraft can occasionally be heard flying overhead throughout the day. Guests have mentioned, though, that our villas are excellently insulated, providing a peaceful sanctuary indoors.
