Positive: Beautiful house and location well furnished. Bikes for the family to use and a pool for kids that grow tired of the beach.

Negative: HOA doesn’t allow motorcycles in the neighborhood and my daughter’s boyfriend had to pay an off site place to store for the week. HOA rules not specified in description.
