I am pleased to offer you the rental of a 55 m² T3 apartment, completely renovated and new, at the end of 2017- beginning of 2018.
Located on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator) of a bourgeois building from the beginning of the XXth century, on the banks of the Adour, we designed this apartment so that it brings you great comfort and optimal functionality for a successful stay on dax.
With double glazing, good light in each room, a mainly southern exposure (beautiful view of the Adour), it includes:
- a large living room with a beautiful fitted kitchen open to the living room
- two spacious bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with 2 90 cm beds
- a bathroom with shower and double sink
- independent toilets
A 140X190 convertible sofa allows you 2 additional beds.
Plenty of storage in all rooms, complete and very functional cookware, induction hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV
flat screen, fiber optic connection since end of 01 2018 (internet access and Orange TV channels).
In course of referencing level 3 *** minimum, very good standing.
Quiet area overlooking the Adour, the "Splendid" (benchmark for Art Deco) and the Casino, not overlooked, 5-10 minutes 'walk from the city center and the main thermal centers (Dax O' thermal baths, Daxadour, thermal baths (Jean Nouvel), thermal baths Foch, thermal baths of Borda, thermal baths of Arênes ...).
