You can also enjoy a rooftop terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bordeaux, offering a sofa and 2 armchairs, ideal for having breakfast or an aperitif in the sun after a day of sightseeing.
## DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 350€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 4,45€.

To park your car, parking on the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
