Summary: The room was decently comfortable, and both plumbing and electrical systems worked well. The continental breakfast was sufficient, though barely, and I will say the waffle maker worked well. I was located overlooking at some distance a drive-through car wash, which made sufficient noise to somewhat disturb getting to sleep since it operated 24 hours. So wise people would ask to be assigned a room on the opposite side of the hallway from that. No issues with staff.
