Summary: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There is no one in the office after 6pm but they are available if you call the main number. After hours, keys are left in a metal box that anyone can access. I would have given 5* but the locks on the door prevent that. There is only one single doorknob lock. That's it. No deadbolt, no inside latch, nothing. And you can't test to make sure the door is locked because each time you do, it opens the door. As a solo traveler, that was disconcerting. Everything was fine, but what if it hadn't been?
