Original style and structure have been mostly preserved and the interior has been re-organized according to a comfortable, contemporary design. Rustic meets modern with old oak, concrete walls, wooden and Stainless Steel Kitchen. Ground Floor Entrance leading to the Kitchen, dining, bar, a double bedroom with an amazing infinity sea view, bathroom and laundry.First floor 3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. 1 jack and jill bathroom & a 1/2 bath. The Kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner cooktop, oven, side by side fridge, double sink, pots, pans etc. The Villa is in a panoramic position West facing with wonderful views from the Ocean facing balcony of the entire community and endless sea view and mountains, capturing incredible sunsets, while still reassuring a feeling of privacy. The property is surrounded by a large beautiful garden.Children of all ages are welcome but please be mindful that we do not have child safety features therefore young children should be supervised by adults at all times while you enjoy your stay at the property.
