Our house is on a hill with incredible views and natural light all day, every day. We are located in prime Beachwood Canyon, one of the most beautiful and peaceful neighborhoods in Los Angeles. We are a short walk to the famous Beachwood Cafe, as well as other convenient shops in the village, including a market, dry cleaner, and mailing center. We’re surrounded by gorgeous hikes (Lake Hollywood and Griffith Park are moments away), and of course, Beachwood offers the best views of the Hollywood Sign. Beachwood is also very centrally located. We’re ten minutes from Los Feliz, fifteen from Silverlake, Downtown, and West Hollywood. Parking is plentiful. You can always park in front of our garage and we will provide two local parking passes for on street parking.
Our home features three full bathrooms and two bedrooms, both with ensuite baths. We have an office complete with a large desk, Aeron chair, and printer. Wifi is fast.
Bedrooms are outfitted with new luxury linens (from Morrow Soft Goods and Brooklinen). Furniture throughout the home is primarily a mix of handmade and vintage. Our second room is currently configured as a child’s room. We have a toddler bed and a day bed that becomes a double bed. Toys and books are plentiful for children. We also have a pack-n-play and a travel toddler bed available for your use.
Our 1000 square foot deck includes a lounging area, a large dining table that can easily fit 10, and a brand new Weber grill. We also have a cedar outdoor shower.
The living room includes a large FRAME Smart TV with Hulu, Amazon, HBO Max, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime. We have Sonos throughout the house. Control the temperature with a Nest thermostat.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will might need. Heath dishes and mugs. Le Creuset dutch oven. Cast iron pans. Vitamix. Brand new toaster oven.
