The living room is beautifully designed for a cosy night snuggled up on the two comfortable sofas. There are also two comfy armchairs, a convenient coffee table for your snack platter, and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained during your stay.
The well-functioning kitchen has the following kitchen appliances: a french press/cafetiere, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven, induction hobs, cooking basics, and silverware.
Gather your loved ones around the dining table and share a delicious, homemade meal together. The dining area is suitable for up to 8 guests.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
There are 4 bedrooms on the property. Two of them are furnished with a king-sized bed, while the other two offer a double bed. The bedrooms are perfectly designed for a relaxing and uninterrupted sleep.
Also, there are 3 bathrooms available. The first two bathrooms are fitted with showers, while the third one combines both a bathtub and a separate shower.
TERRACE:
There's a lovely terrace, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy a crisp glass of wine while admiring the Scottish sun set over the horizon.
Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a drying machine and a vacuum cleaner provided for your convenience.

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
