This is a 5-room semi-detached house called "Sole" that spans across 160 m2 on the ground floor. The interior is spacious, rustic, and cozy, perfect for relaxing in a tranquil environment. The large living room boasts a panoramic window that provides a stunning view of the sea and comes equipped with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV. You can also exit to the loggia, which further enhances the view.
There are three double bedrooms in the house, along with one room that has two beds. You can prepare meals in the open kitchen that comes with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, and an electric coffee machine. You can also step out to the loggia from the kitchen. There are two showers/bidet/WC available for guests to use. Gas heating is also provided.
The house also features a large 38 m2 terrace that is roofed and comes with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a covered balcony. From here, you can enjoy a marvellous view of the sea. There is also a garden and lawn available for guests to relax in. You can use the washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and baby cot for up to 2 year olds.
