This stunning, one of a kind property sleeps 10 comfortably in beds and is located on the 10th fairway of the Nicklaus Private Course.
There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds in the main house all with their own en-suite including a very grand and graciously appointed master bedroom suite with breathtaking views and pool/patio access. The master bedroom has a top of the line adjustable, Tempur-Pedic split king mattress with massage function too! The giant master bathroom has a jetted soaking tub and even a Toto electric toilet with bidet and dryer to leave you fresh and clean. There is a separate Casita with its own private entrance and full en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet as well.
The home is generously appointed and set up with everything you need and plenty of extras too. Why stay anywhere else?! The home literally has something for everyone. Bring the guys for a golf and poker weekend. Bring the whole family to swim in the pool and enjoy some quality family time in the giant and open great room connected to the massive kitchen and dining area. Bring the girls for some rest and relaxation by the sun bathed, sparkling saltwater pool and jetted hot tub. Both the kids and adults will love the fire pit for year round comfort and S'more making.
This home features luxuries and amenities that frankly other homes do not. Chefs both professional and amateur will love the huge kitchen with a gas range and all the tools and appliances one could ever need including double ovens, a juicer, multiple options for hot beverages and so much more. There is a large outdoor and covered grilling complex with its own refrigerator. Cruise around the neighborhood on our awesome 4 seater golf cart or go for a leisurely bicycle ride on one of the bicycles we offer.
Activities galore abound inside and out. Enjoy the full size classic pool table. Play bumper pool, poker and other classic card games. Each room has a large format flat screen television with cable access and the Wi-Fi works great throughout the interior and exterior of the home.
