Summary: Just not great at all.. we got there at 7pm to check in.. mind you check in is usually 3pm. Got inside the lobby and waited for 15 minutes just for the room to be “not ready”. We are told to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to come back and to get the key. We head back in after to see not a single soul in the lobby.. a whole half hour we get the key (the lady at front desk was taking her sweet time) And to make things so much better even after the heinous wait we open our door to see the cleaning lady probably 20% done with our room.. scrubbing the bathroom. We as kindly as possible ask her to leave since we simply can’t wait any longer since we had to be somewhere at 8. We had a room to ourself finally after an hour. Just horrible. Only reason this isn’t 1 star is because the room does the job, nothing special but at least it was fine. Oh and the toilet seat was broken which the house keeping said she’ll fix but I did not have time for that.
