There is covered parking for one car at the unit. The first floor has a kitchen and great room with dining/living area with a flat screen TV. There is access from the sliding door to your personal deck, which has gated access to the pool pathway. The second floor has a twin bedroom with a flat screen TV, a hall bathroom with tub/shower and a laundry closet with full size washer & dryer. The den is bay side with more great views, flat screen TV/DVD player. The third floor has two bedrooms, 1 Queen & 1 King, both with flat screen tvs and a shared bath with walk-in shower. The master is bay side with a small private deck to enjoy the view. The pool closes the day after Labor Day.
