Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location and very friendly staff. Cynthia was very helpful and recommended a local restaurant and shop. She also allowed us to drop our bags off early on arrival. It was great to have some toiletries and a fridge and the coffee machine in the 'lobby' was welcome.
Negative: 3 cups instead of 2 in the triple room would have been useful. There were some loose tiles on the balcony that are in need of repair.
Summary: Very enjoyable stay in a great spot in Rome.
