The perfect vacation home with an island feeling in the heart of Tempe. This 3-bedroom 2 bath home gives the perfect feeling for a vacation home. The outside pool allows you to not only enjoy some sun with an outside bar but also great for entertaining in the colder months of sitting inside enjoying the fire. The pool can be heated at an additional fee during the colder months.

This property is a unique home, you walk into a beautiful pool lounging area setup for the perfect size for family and friends. Enjoy the small outside walk up inside bar while lounging by the pool. Space is very open and perfect size for a good size family. You will not be disappointed in this home away from home. Pool can be heated during the cold months at a $50 a day fee.

Home is fenced due to the pool being at the entry, there is a lockbox for the gate access then door keys for the rest of the home.
