Welcome to your Swimming Oasis and the comfort of Coastal Living in Our Quaint Water Access Town of Colonial Beach VA ! The location of Our cottage is on 2nd second which is a quick golf cart ride to town, a quick bike ride and car ride. If you enjoying walking, you can find that walking into Town you will reach restaurants and shops within a 15 minute walk. Bringing your bikes or renting a golf cart brings the feel of Beach Living and fun memories! The Town has designated bike areas and golf cart roadways to access the Beach areas.
You will find the comfort in Our cozy cottage whether you stay for 3 nights or the entire week. The cottage has the comfort of 2 bedrooms that will comfortably accommodate 4 adult guests, 1 bath and a separate dining room to include additional kitchen seating area.
The cottage has an open floor plan that includes a play area off the dining room that is designed for the kids play area and extra sleeping area for the little ones or up to 2 additional guests. This is not a private room - This is a day room that is open but can be used for kids to sleep.
The home offers full linens, housewares, towels and paper products to get you started on your vacation! The pool will be opening May 15th and will close September 30th !
The pool has a full concrete patio area, additional seating outside with deck area, grilling and fenced yard for the privacy of stay!
Grilling is available with a charcoal grill provided! The outdoor space offers a picnic grassy area for corn hole, horse shoes and additional outdoor games.
The laundry area is a common area as we have one full time tenant that lives behind the cottage. There is no access to the main house for your privacy.
