Cariari Experience 18 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, condo located on the Cariari golf course. Enjoy your morning coffee from the comfort of your home overlooking the 7th green of the golf course.
This recently remodeled home has everything you want for your time in San Jose. It is wonderfully quiet with the nearby creek flowing year-round, the trees and the location of the property. The open floorplan of the main floor provides wonderful flow from the kitchen, living room and golf course frontage patio. The large windows and sliding glass door allow plenty of natural sunlight and fresh
eezes all day.
The kitchen is well-equipped. Prefer a private chef to prepare your meals? We will line that up for you.
Bedroom on main floor: King-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, closets and a safe.
Bedroom upstairs is a Suite: King-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, closets, safe, en-suite bathroom, clothes washer and dryer.
There is a large SmartTV in the living room and each bedroom has its own TV as well.
Guests love the safety (gated property and 24-hour guard on-duty) and serenity.
Guests also have access to one of the twelve (12!) tennis courts in the development. Cost $12/day/person
Golf fees are $75/round including golf cart.

Osa Property Management's Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made you
eservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), which is only 15 minutes away. NOTE: Uber is still illegal in Costa Rica.
We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
Located in a wonderful area with plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities all minutes away.
Guests will receive a digital guidebook about the area once a reservation is made.
The property is gated and has a security guard on staff 24-hours/day. Guests will register their vehicle's information with the security guard. Often times we meet guests at the security guard house.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will be available via chat/phone number throughout the day and in the event of emergencies.
This is part of the Cariari Condo Complex. Guests will need to climb 30 steps (two flights) of stairs to access the front door.
The property is easily accessible by any vehicle as the roads are paved. Guests may arrive via taxi, private shuttle, rental car or their own vehicle. If you need assistance in lining up transportation, please let Osa Property Management know, and we will schedule it for you.
