Spacious 3 bedroom/3.5 bath townhouse, has 3 floors with a balcony on each floor and a garage plus is very close to the beach. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a click clack bed and an ensuite full bath with a shower/tub combo. A door in the bedroom leads to a large enclosed patio next to pool area. Across the bedroom is the door leading to the garage. Second floor has a fully stocked kitchen with a large dining area, the living room and a half bath. The kitchen provides plates, utensils, cups, cookware and bakeware in addition to a refrigerator, stove with double oven, microwave and coffee pot. Dining area seats up to 11 with a large table with two benches plus 2 additional chairs provided and 3 stools at kitchen counter. The living room is spacious and has a reclingingcouch, reclining love seat and a swiveling recliner. Large TV in the living room has a DVD player with a collection of DVDs and board games are provided. Second floor balcony overlooking the pool is attached to the living room. Patio furniture provided on balcony. Third floor has the washer and dryer plus 2 ensuite bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size, adjustable bed and ensuite full bath with a shower and a door leading to the third floor balcony that has a great view. The second bedroom on the third floor has two memory foam, queen size beds, a large walk in closet and an ensuite full bath with a shower/tub combo. All 3 bedroom have a flat screen TV. Cable and wifi are provided. Garage will fit 2 small vehicles or one large vehicle. Extra guest parking available close by. You will not find another place with more amenities.
