This immaculate three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on two floors of a converted Victorian house on a popular tree-lined street.
It has been designed to a high standard and thanks to its split-level layout has a great feeling of light and space. It also has a secluded patio garden.
At one end of the road is the green open space of Clapham Common and at the other end is Lavender Hill with a wide choice of cafes, boutique shops and restaurants. There are good transport links from nearby Clapham Junction overland and Clapham Common underground stations.
It is neutrally decorated throughout and perfectly blends the character of a period home with modern touches. The wow factor is particularly notable in the kitchen with its exposed brickwork and feature skylights flooding the room with natural light.
On the ground floor is the open-plan kitchen and living area with light wood floors and high floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors leading to the private garden with large cushioned seating area and table for al fresco dining.
The living space features an L-shaped sofa ideal for relaxing in front of the television. The apartment is a one-minute walk to Clapham Common, a 220 acre park featuring three ponds and a Victorian bandstand. It is an ideal place to walk, picnic and enjoy live events especially during warmer months when many top bands perform on the Common. The flat is well served by public transport. From Clapham Junction there are frequent services to Victoria and Waterloo, or Clapham Common underground station is on the Northern Line, both about ten minutes walk away. It is a short stroll to Northcote Road, Battersea Rise and Clapham Old Town - all vibrant, bustling destinations full of restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. Five minutes walk away, towards Clapham Junction, is an ASDA superstore perfect for groceries and there is a Whole Foods supermarket almost opposite ASDA.
