Southwest Vibe is a single-family home that has been carefully put together to help maximize your comfort and enjoyment while staying in Lubbock. Speaking of stays, should you have the need to stay for over 2 weeks, reach out to us before booking so that we can better accommodate you.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with nice sized closets in every room. The master features a king-sized bed, the second bedroom features a queen. and the third bedroom has two twins. There are additional blankets for those that sleep cooler and the AC at this house will freeze you out if you are on the warm-blooded side. An extra guest is more than welcome to sleep on the sofa in the living room if needed.
Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos, granite countertops, and a wall mounted shower dispenser with Ginger Lily Farms Shampoo and Body Wash. There are plenty of hotel collection towels, hand towels, and wash cloths available during your stay.
In the kitchen of this home, you'll find most everything you need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many fine restaurants or cook yourself a home cooked meal. Double check the amenities section of this listing for all that we supply in the kitchen. We do offer a drip coffee maker to make you feel more at home. There is plenty of cabinet storage in the kitchen should you have the need to store a lot of groceries or items during your stay.
The living room of this home has a leather sofa and matching leather accent chairs to enjoy the 65" smart TV with streaming services. If you need an extra place to sleep, you're more than welcome to crash on the comfortable couch. We made sure that the internet at this property is fast for any streaming, gaming, or work needs you may have during your stay.
Enjoy some time with family and friends in the backyard under our new patio. Chairs are not currently outside, but feel free to bring your own.
A washer and dryer are in unit and are free for guest use.
This is not a pet-friendly home so please plan on leaving your furry friends behind.
Parking is available in the front of the house and there is plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
