1. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Should you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), expect to receive communication from SUPERHOG for verification prior to check-in.
2. Please acknowledge that you accept the House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and your guests. Violations can lead to immediate reservation termination without refund.
3. For the well-being of our guests, residents, and Sojourn team members, smoking of any kind is prohibited inside our building and within 50 feet of it. Any reported odor of smoke will result in contacting the booking service, canceling your stay, charging a $500 smoking fee, and leaving an appropriate review.
4. Parties and events are strictly forbidden. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, ensuring privacy while maintaining compliance with noise levels. Excessive noise may result in prompt cancellation of your reservation without refund.
5. Only flush toilet paper down the toilet; do not dispose of cooking grease, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, or other non-flushable items.
6. If you have a pet-friendly flat, there is a $75 weekly fee per pet.
7. Pack and Play and high chair rentals are available; these should be reserved in advance with a $25 fee.
8. The driveway accommodates two vehicles, and occasional maintenance may require access to the property with 24-hour notice.
