The Space:
The Cozy Cub features 5 private bedrooms, 4 with King size beds and every bedroom has en-suite bathroom access. Groups of up to 18 guests can spread out in this luxurious brand new cabin. The cabin features a private indoor pool, game room with arcades and board games, private indoor theater with 85" TV and Sonos audio system, a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a private hot tub with mountain views and a private fire table with seating near the hot tub.

In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

👷‍♂️ Please note that this is a brand new community that is still under construction. There may be some construction noise in this community during your visit. The community amenity park is expecting to be complete in early 2025. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that is out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.

The community amenity park is expecting to be complete early 2025. This is not a guarantee on their timeline, it is an estimate on the completion date only. The community park will have a lazy river, outdoor theater, outdoor pool, outdoor fire pits, life-size billiards, kids splash pad and more.

✅Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.
✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available in the booking platform from 9am to 10pm. We are not available to meet in person and unavailable after 10pm. Your access to the home is keyless.
