Negative: Be very careful to read all the small print. There is extra charges for key cards, service charges are added on. If you reply to texts there is extra charges. Basically they will take extra money were they can and there reply is “we do ask people to read through the messages”. They take all this from your deposit, so be aware you won’t get your deposit fully back
