Positive: The staff and fellow travellers/residents were all very friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles. The staff was 100% professional and helped me with my heavy bag. No insect problems, it was quiet and peaceful, and the temperature in the room was perfect. On-site laundry is very important to me, and there it was! My trip was cut short, so I only stayed 5 days, but I'd have stayed much longer. They have a building behind the swimming pool for longer-term stays so I would have moved back there. The kitchenette was perfect for simple meals.
Negative: They cleaned the room, but I still had to clean the air filters on the AC unit. The resilient flooring had been cleaned but needed deep cleaning in all the corners. My safe didn't work and the window double-lock and screen were broken, presenting safety issues.
Summary: A great value, especially for a longer stay. Walking distance to several stores.
