The property features three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. During the warm desert summers, you will appreciate the cooling effect of the evaporative cooler, while the wall heater keeps the space warm during the colder months.
Step outside to enjoy a generous backyard designed with a stunning desert landscape. Here, you can unwind in the hot tub, gather around the propane fire pit, or fire up the BBQ to savor delightful evenings under the starry sky.

The hot tub is prepared at 103 degrees for your arrival and operates on an automatic filter system, so you may hear it cycling on and off β this is completely normal. A maintenance technician services the hot tub every Wednesday; they will not need access inside but may check around the side of the house.
Due to current fire restrictions, there is a strict no outdoor wood-burning policy in place. Please be advised that any violation could result in the termination of your rental agreement. However, our propane fire pit is available for your enjoyment.
Regrettably, pets are not allowed on the premises.
