Positive: Nice coffee, good rooms, convinient location, design. And, fpr sure, the hospitality of the owner Shenik. She gave me a ride for coffee and we discovered some secret places together.

Negative: Dont know, actually ;)

Summary: Recommend for a company or a family. For me was critical to get to Palm Kay marina
