Superb home is on a premier lot backing onto conservation area & pond area. Fully furnished home with pool which is East facing. There is a great deck for sunning and a family gathering. This home boasts 2 master bedrooms, both with en-suites, ideal for two families sharing. This home is very close to all major attractions and major highways yet very peaceful. What more could you ask for. You only need your suitcase; this home has everything to offer. Including a Game Room.
Minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Champions Gate Golf Resort and all the other theme parks. If you want to spend the day at the beach, why not venture 90 minutes to Clearwater Beach, beautiful White Gulf Coast Beaches await you, where if you get there early you may see the Dolphins swimming off the beach. It will truly be a memorable visit. Or if you prefer the Surfing, the famous Daytona Beach is only 60 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast. Please note that this villa is strictly non-smoking throughout.

This is a delightful home with a spacious layout.
Enjoy relaxing days and evenings by the pool enjoying views of the conservation area and lake. For animal enthusiasts and bird watchers the local wildlife will provide lots of entertainment. The pool deck has tables and chairs so that you can also enjoy alfresco dining.
There is a fully equipped kitchen which has a bar area plus a dining area.
The family room features a nice sofa & love seat and a nice flat screen tv. Patio doors open onto the pool deck so you can also enjoy the scenery.
All bedrooms are upstairs which include 2 master bedrooms.
