Negative: There was no access to an iron in the room. When we asked, we were told that one is available in the common area. That is not something we have come across anywhere else. If one is not present in the room, at least it should be delivered to the room, once we request one.
Summary: Unique maze-like hotel that is modern, very clean and a bit confusing to get around. Great stay!
