Summary: Booked 3 bedroom and they tried to give us a 2 bedroom with 1 tiny laundry closet room with no aircon. In their defence they did try to rectify the issue. They offered us another 1 bedroom for the 1st night then moved us all to a 3 bedroom the 2nd night. Was super inconvenient to be moving round so much for a 2 night stay. The washing machine didnt work so they offered to wash and dry over clothes. That was a huge ordeal. They had clothes for 7 hours and delivered them back wet. So we had to resend them and they didnt show up on time as requested so had to chase them up 4am which wasnt fun when we were trting to leave for the airport. They do try but fall short
