Summary: Staff was fabulous! So friendly and accommodating . Only issue is room was very musty smelling (carpet a bad idea maybe?) . We had a very nice free upgrade to ocean view- however the band music from 5 stories down was so loud that even with closed doors and windows it was impossible to drown out the noise. They are upgrading the other tower so maybe once this other tower gets remodeled it won’t smell so old . Beautiful views and excellent staff though.
