Positive: Spacious, clean, well equipped. Very helpful host. Nice surrundings.
Negative: The second bedroom not very comfortable. Two single beds. The furnishing a bit dated. Very expensive for what it was, comparative to other places we stayed at.
Summary: Nice, clean, but hugely overpriced.
