Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Perfect sound insulation, comfortable bed, very good sleeping quality. Nice view out of the balcony. Kitchen new and fully furnished, wash machine + ironing facilities are in place.

Negative: There are 2 separate bathrooms, the small one has distinct smell (not sure, if it's plumbery). The big one is ok but misses the shelf above the sink. Excessive electrical load (likely above 6kW) causes outage, one must go to the fuse box on the ground floor then.
