LOCATION: The Brandywine by Roami is just a 15 minute walk from Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, it is also conveniently close to the National WWII Museum, Lafayette Square, and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The property is just a 10-minute drive from the Central Business District.
The Brandywine is the perfect place for large groups of families and friends to enjoy curated apartment style living with hotel services. Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, guests are minutes away from the French Quarter and Convention Center. As New Orleans’ first apartment hotel, The Brandywine by Roami boasts a range of luxe rooms—from cozy studios to four bedroom suites with full kitchens. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of our rooftop pool or break a sweat in our fitness center.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.
UNIT: The combined unit sleeps 12 guests in a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym, rooftop deck, and bar.
PARKING: There is valet parking on site (open 7:00am - 11:00pm), @ 40.00 per night plus tax. For long-term Guests, we offer monthly contracts @ 360.00 per month.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.
