This delightful home features two spacious living areas, four cozy bedrooms, and two well-equipped bathrooms. You will find everything you need for relaxation and entertainment, including a smart TV, board games, a warm indoor fireplace, and a luxurious bathtub perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Take time to explore nature as you wander through the enchanting gardens, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor patio.

Upon arrival, pause to appreciate the breathtaking views that envelop you. Step inside to discover a contemporary retreat designed for comfort. The master bedroom lies to your right, featuring a sumptuous king bed, a generous walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.

Across the hallway, a welcoming living area awaits with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a collection of board games for an enjoyable evening indoors. Continue into the open-plan living-dining space where a modern kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, an island bench with seating, and everything needed to prepare delightful meals. The warmth from the crackling fireplace adds a cozy touch during cooler months.

Your convenience is prioritized with a laundry room stocked with essentials, a bathroom offering a walk-in shower and a large tub for leisurely soaks, as well as a separate toilet for added ease. The additional three bedrooms provide snug sleeping arrangements featuring a single bed, a king single bed, and a plush queen bed.

Outside, the adventure continues with opportunities for grilling on the patio or sharing stories around the firepit while toasting marshmallows. Wander through the lush gardens, admire the vibrant local flora and fauna, and perhaps even greet the amiable sheep grazing in a nearby paddock. Please remember to be cautious around electric fences and the adjacent water bodies.

Guest Access

Guests can access the property at any time using a secure lockbox. Nearby, you may notice a large blue shed; it's rented by a friendly artist, so don’t be surprised if you see them about!

The Neighborhood

Riverside is a tranquil suburb located on the hillside west of Launceston. This self-sufficient neighborhood boasts a shopping complex with a well-stocked Woolworths, a gift shop, pharmacy, bakery, and more. Just a short distance away, you will find the Tailrace Centre, Kids Paradise, and recreational areas along the scenic Tamar River.

Riverside serves as the gateway to the renowned Tamar wine region. Be sure to visit local vineyards like Swinging Gate, Velo Wines, Moores Hill Estate, Tamar Ridge, Stoney Rise, Rosevears, and the popular Timbre restaurant.

Notes

Please exercise caution around boundary fences as they are electric. Avoid touching them. The driveway and green shed on the opposite side are shared with a friendly tenant.

A body of water is located near the property; ensure children are supervised at all times. Our sprinkler system activates automatically once a day between 1:00 am and 1:30 am; we kindly ask that you do not turn it off as it is crucial for watering the ferns.

In this beautiful Tasmanian bushland, you may encounter some friendly insects and native wildlife. We ask that you refrain from feeding them bread or similar foods; however, they love carrot peelings!

For security, there are exterior cameras installed around the house, monitoring the front yard, driveway, and backyard areas. This footage is recorded solely for safety reasons and is not shared.

Note that there is no reverse-cycle or central air conditioning or heating at the property; instead, free-standing fans, oil heaters, and a warm indoor fireplace are provided for your comfort.
