GROUPS: If your booking involves multiple individuals who form a group, please ensure that this is communicated at the time of reservation. The individual making the reservation holds joint responsibility for fulfilling all obligations associated with the booking. Group accommodations are limited, and a deposit per group must be paid upon arrival at the reception.

YOUNG PEOPLE: Young travelers wishing to stay alone are not permitted in the rental properties or within the park.

BUSINESS: Business-related bookings are not accepted; only leisure reservations are allowed.

VISITORS: Should you have visitors, kindly report this at the reception, and visitor fees will apply. You are responsible for your visitors' behavior, and they must exit the premises by 10:30 PM. Visitor vehicles should be parked in designated areas.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: The rental accommodation can be accessed starting from 3 PM on the day of your arrival. The key and relevant information will be provided at the reception. Departure requires vacating the rented property by 10 AM at the latest.

CAR: A maximum of one passenger vehicle is permitted per rental accommodation or campsite; additional cars must use the parking lot.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed. Optional services include towel service, kitchen cloth packages, children's beds, breakfast baskets, highchairs, and towel sets for an additional fee.
