Positive: All the Staff at this Riad are extremely supportive , friendly and helpful , and that what counts the most . Juliet is always eager to help and a workaholic . She made multiple reservations and has always been updating me. To help with my luggage upon check out , she pulled my suitcase with a friend of her and walked through the Medinah with me all the way to the taxi stand . I enjoyed speaking with Fouad, who is is very knowledgable about the Moroccan history , heritage etc. He convinced me to spend more time in Essouira rather than going to larger cities , and he was right .
