Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Resort and location were great. Amenities at the resort were great. The property and rooms where we stayed had a beautiful view. The Vacasa Rep in that area, Daoud, was very helpful and assisted us with several issues.
Negative: The resort treats Vacasa guests liked second-rate guests. The property/rooms where we stayed were subpar for the money we paid and were much smaller than we thought. There were issues with the AC and dishwasher, which dampened our trip a little. There also were several basic/essential items missing when we arrived, and a shortage of other items. If I were to stay at the resort again, I would definitely do it through the resort itself, rather than through Booking.com or Vacasa.
Summary: We had a great time despite issues with our accommodations.
