It also has two updated, full baths (one upstairs and one downstairs), as well as an outside sun shower. The first floor has an open flow with a brand new, modern kitchen that any chef would enjoy. There is also a comfortable family room with an HD TV and cable television. A large utility room features a full size washer and dryer. The house gets lots of light and comes with in-window air conditioners plus fans.
The backyard features shady trees and a two car garage. A large porch at the front of the house (complete with a porch swing) is perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon. Lawn furniture and beach chairs are provided.
