Positive: The Bengali man taking care of the property was very nice and helpfull.
Negative: Unfortunately we were very disana about this place. You can see its a pure investment and money making thing and not taken care of. The Sofa has stains all over, the kitchen is not useable, very dirty. The sponges were so old you couldn't clean with them. There is no table to eat and the outdoor furniture is in the sun without any shade. No rug infront of the door, so you take in all the Sand. Ants everywhere and no Details. Everything is of the cheapest Material. The mattress is still in the plastic package!! So if you move you always here it. Why?! But what was the worst, was rubbish and plastic on the property! So within the fence, trash all around. So so sad. Redbull cans in the flower Pots.
