Relax and enjoy our two-story home located close to Temecula Wineries, downtown and Pechanga. This 3200 sqft home has outdoor heated pool (additional fee), heated spa (from 6pm-10pm only), entertaining/barbecue area, and fire pit. Have fun playing the basketball game near the bar inside or the giant connect 4! Enjoy a wine tour to the 40+ wineries, a hot air balloon adventure, golf game or local shopping.
Inside this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home you'll find a beautiful upstairs master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a king size bed is located downstairs. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, all with queen size beds. All beds are by tempurpedic. All bedrooms have smart TVs connected to high speed internet.
The home features two living areas to accommodate the entire group. The main living room is setup with a 65” smart TV and a large couch perfect for a movie night or lounging. The ottoman is larger than a king size bed! The family room boasts another sectional for hanging out or playing board games along with a bar and basketball game.
You will be renting the entire vacation rental home. We do not live there and you will not be sharing the space. The vacation rental offers every imaginable getaway convenience we could think of to ensure you and your guests have the time of your life. While you are not wine tasting, playing golf, hot air ballooning, shopping, playing Downtown or enjoying Pechanga Casino, you can enjoy the backyard pool, spa, BBQ grill and fire pit.
This home has a Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use.
This home is equipped with high-speed Internet access and WiFi.
We would like all our guests to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Please do not move any of the furniture around.
To avoid additional cleaning fees, make sure there is no trash left anywhere when you checkout, put all trash in the trash bins on inside or outside of house.
The backyard and pool area is the most costly for us to have cleaned,
Please be respectful of this space and clean up all trash, bottles, cans or any other items that are not wanted, use large trash bins on side of house. There will be an additional charge for excess mess such as trash left out and spilled food/drinks.
**We DO NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property.
** No cannabis or Cigarette/ Cigar smoking on the property.
** Do not discard any cigarette butts or ashes in the firepit.
** Any cleaning of smoking debris will result in extra fees.
**NO PETS of any kind allowed on the property.
** No Weddings or Wedding Receptions Allowed on this Property.
There is no garage access but there is parking in the driveway.
There is a propane Grill and Firepit for your outdoor enjoyment. We do not provide fire wood. One propane tank will be in the BBQ grill, but we do not provide propane so if you need to fill it, there is a gas station 1 mile away.
If you use the BBQ, please clean the grill with the wire brush provided.
A $20 service fee will be charged if left dirty.
DISCLAIMER The use of the swimming pool, spa, firepit, fireplace, and bunkbed is at your own risk. Diving, somersaults, and back flips into the pool, running around the pool/backyard or any other unsafe activities are strictly prohibited. Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times while in the backyard. Please note that the hosts/owner will not be held responsible for injuries sustained by the guests and guests will indemnify the hosts/owner for any actions resulting from injuries to guests.
* All amenities and appliances such as the pool, the spa, the BBQ, the fire pit, the games , the internet, the kitchen appliances and so on, are ALL COMPLEMENTARY. If one or more are not functioning we cannot and will not refund you your money or ANY portion.

Please respect the property and our neighbors. Enjoy yourselves responsibly. Guests are to be aware of and observe noise ordinance of 10:00pm-7:00am. No loud or offensive music is allowed or excessive noise levels from inside or outside of the property. Violations will be charged for any disruption to neighbors. No backyard wedding or parties. For this purpose and your safety and assurance we do have OUTDOOR ONLY cameras to monitor the premises. With respect for our neighbors, safety of our guests and possible damages to the property, there are no parties allowed. If you have an early check in request, please do so in advance. Additional charges may apply. Our home is a pet and allergy free environment for the comfort of all guests, therefore there is a strict no smoking, no pets policy inside or outside of the property. Violations will be charged accordingly. If any of these rules are not followed, it may result in immediate eviction and a $500 charge.
We do monitor the number of overnight guests and the prices are based on a daily rate for up to 5 guests. After that you will need to pay an additional fee for each guest per night, including children. Please try to be accurate when you are making your reservation. If you book and end up with more or fewer guests than expected, just let us know prior and we can bill you for more or refund for less. Only the guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed on the property. No other visitors are allowed. Any changes to the original reservation without advanced permission and payment to host is a violation and will be charged at $100 per person per day.
* Pool Heating Fee: The initial cost is $100 for the first day as it is a gas heater and then $50 per day thereafter. Must be requested and paid for at least 3 days in advance of your check-in date.
* Pool and spa will not be heated in the winter months due to the cold temperatures outside during the winter season (Dec-Feb)
* Please Note: The accurate number of overnight guests and day use guests, pool heating fees, ect MUST be settled upon and paid 3 days prior to your check in date and you receiving the unique access code. We do monitor the property through use of OUTDOOR ONLY cameras in the front and backyard.
* We do require that you be 26 years of age or older
* If paying by credit card the CARD MUST BE IN THE RENTER’S NAME/THE GUEST SIGNING THE CONTRACT (NO EXCEPTIONS). The renter must sign this agreement and must submit a Government ID that matches the name on the credit card. We CANNOT ACCEPT third party payments.
