The home is only minutes away from Dolphin Mall, Tamiami Park, Tropical Park, International Mall, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Calle 8 and Wynwood. The best way to get around the neighborhood and Miami is with a car, but Uber is reliable enough to move around. You can walk, ride a bike, take a car, an uber or bus. For those guests that have a vehicle up to 6 vehicles can park comfortably in the driveway.

This is Unit 2 for the property and is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom space with garage and EV charging (level 2).

The unit is completely private and will not be shared with anyone else. On the same property and structure is Unit 1, which will be separate from your stay and is independent from Unit 2.
