My relaxing and comfortable, well-reviewed 3BR/2.5BA home is located minutes from the beaches at Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island, and also close to restaurants, shopping and downtown Charleston. The unit includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bath, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. A second bathroom upstairs serves the second two bedrooms. The downstairs includes an open floor plan with large, fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the dining and living rooms, a dining room with seating for up to eight, and a living room with comfortable couches, a fireplace, TV with cable, Apple TV, Chromecast and DVD; and free high speed wireless Internet. A half bath, eat-in kitchen nook and full-sized washer and dryer complete the downstairs. The back yard patio includes plenty of outdoor seating along with a gas grill and fire pit.
The home is located in a quiet residential community that includes a pool, along with parking. It's located near the Mount Pleasant Towne Center, which includes shops, restaurants, bars and groceries. The Isle of Palms connector which leads directly to the Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island is close-by as well.
