Summary: Stayed one night before going on a cruise out of BALTIMORE. The first room smelled VERY badly of skunk (pot) and cigarette smoke. The second was better, not very good. Chipped tiles, lights in the sink area not working. Bathroom not cleaned up very well ..found a wadded up sock on the floor, as well as paper. Seems as if the hotel was "guesting" some homeless, and transients. They were outside the rooms all night, talking, yelling, arguing, and kids running up and down, outside the rooms, until around 3 AM! The arguing got so heated, I thought there might be gunfire at some point. NEVER AGAIN!
