Positive: Mateus was very helpful. The room was spacious, lovely sheets, comfortable bed. Good parking. Fresh fruit, coffee, croissants, juice and water left out for guests. Room opened out onto a large enclosed terrace.

Negative: We thought we were getting a room with en-suite bathroom but we didn’t check the small print and the bathroom was shared. It was not a problem but we would not have booked if we had realized no bathroom. Maybe put that it had no en-suite in reservation information?
