Well appointed kitchen for your cooking enjoyment and a screened porch and private patio area for you to enjoy. Master bedroom has a huge king size bed and mattress and a 65” big screen smart tv! The 2 upstairs bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses and 55 inch smart tvs. Large refrigerator in the kitchen and new washer and dryer in the laundry room. This quiet area is a great area to walk and stroll and has a nice small park area with benches to enjoy as well. There is a nice Weber gas grill on the back porch for your enjoyment as well for those who love to grill! There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas close to the townhouse for you to enjoy as well if you prefer to enjoy some of our local hot spots and eateries
