Finally! Come spend a few weeks visiting family and friends again, or just enjoying perfect Southern California! Sunny single-story home on cul-de-sac next to park with playground and hiking and running trails. Three bedrooms with plenty of space, and all the closets are empty for your use. Craft closet, kids' table, and fully enclosed yard will help entertain the little ones! Pick lemons, oranges (Feb-Mar), figs (Aug-Sept), and persimmons (Dec-Feb) for great treats and recipes. BBQ and eat outside with a view of the mountains. Very peaceful retreat, but still equipped with wireless and internet TVs to keep you connected and entertained. A small desk and filing cabinets are also placed in the third bedroom for long-term stays if you need to tele-work and stay plugged into school.
UPDATE on the yard remodel: Please see the pictures of front and backyard, which are current. Fruit trees and some backyard border plants and flowers are still in. Rates reflect discount. Hardscape and landscape expected to be completed Sept-Oct 2022. It's been difficult to get contractors and materials. Thanks for your understanding!
