Summary: The rooms were clean. Room includes a mini bar with drinks, snacks & other items for purchase. They only clean your room if you change your room status with the bell/do not distub/clean room indicator. The touch screen did not work well on it. I could have used more pillows or thicker ones. The shower water was not hot. I asked the front desk that made it slighltly warmer. The restaurant on the ground floor had good food. The bar on the 7th floor I did never went to. The pool looks very nice. The hotel arranged transport to manila airport for $3900 php at the time. The gym was a bit dissapointing. It was the least equipped of all the hotel gyms i went to. Duplicate dumbbell sizes without labels. Staff were aleays available for questions and help.
