Welcome to “OceanBrook,” the first word in quality seaside Maine vacation rentals. Our unique vacation spot, located in the heart of historic Ocean Park, is ideally situated near Maine's renowned seven mile sandy beach on Saco Bay. This high quality unit is available for weekly and multiple week rentals from the last week of June through the first week in September. (Our Summer high season.) For the remainder of our rental year, there is a three (3) night minimum stay requirement.
The accommodations and gardens at OceanBrook border on the privacy and quiet of Jordan Park Marsh and you're just minutes from the beach. OceanBrook gets its name from the ocean fed stream that ebbs and flows with the tide and provides salt water to Jordan Park Marsh. And, while OceanBrook is located in the serenity of the Ocean Park community, it is just one mile to the hustle, bustle, and excitement of downtown Old Orchard Beach. And if you have a yen for exploring, OceanBrook is conveniently located just minutes off Exit 36 of the Maine Turnpike and is centrally located on the Southern Maine coast.
OceanBrook's front upper unit is a two bedroom; one bath, 900 square foot apartment which provides a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, also with a breakfast bar. The open concept living/dining/kitchen opens on to an enclosed three season front porch which overlooks the front gardens and Jordan Park Marsh. The porch also can be accessed from the front master bedroom. The porch can double as an extra sleeping area for children with two couches, one which opens as a double bed. The unit has ceramic tile and hardwood flooring throughout. For your comfort and convenience, this tastefully appointed unit has two air conditioned bedrooms with memory foam queen beds. As additional features, the apartment has its own water service with continuous on demand hot water, cable, WiFi high speed internet, flat screen televisions throughout, front load washer and dryer, and off street parking for two cars per unit. Additional space is available for overnight off street parking and day time guests, as well. The grounds have multiple gardens, patios, dining areas and barbecues, as well as nighttime safety and decorative landscape lighting.

JORDAN PARK MARSH
Our marsh is home to an abundance of wildlife. Ducks and ducklings, songbirds, egrets, herons, glossy ibis, turtles, muskrats, wild turkeys and white tail deer are some of our recent visitors this past season. And of course, we have our resident grey and red squirrels and a chipmunk or two. OceanBrook is home to maple, birch, mountain ash, and willow trees that provide comfortable shade on hot summer days. A large spreading willow tree overhangs the marsh and provides a perfect refuge for our birds, duck families, squirrels and chipmunks, while sheltering our multiple patios.
