Summary: Convenient location; really close to Frost bank Center. Reasonable pricing. Only negative was the Tv in our room didn’t work & at check out which is 11am we ran a little late and ended up out at around 11:15. We received a call to the room and front desk clerk said “mam checkout is at 11am not 11:20am” thought it was a little rude on the approach; especially since we had already started taking our belongings downstairs.
