Summary: Staff claimed "under new management" so no internet, aircon, breakfast, etc., then let me look at my room before being charged. After getting past the dark stairs and busted in doors, the assigned room was dirty, smelly, unkempt, and not realistic for a business stay. Staff allowed me to cancel my reservation, since it was nonrefundable, which I appreciated, but the hotel itself was still kinda gross.
